Practice Schedule Aug 20th On:

Practice times after August 20th will be scheduled based on information received from the coaches.  Coaches should get their requests in early to better their chances of getting their first choice of practice times. Coaches should submit their practice field requests via email to the club scheduler for their club.

Your scheduler will need the following information:

1.       Your name, Team Name, and Age (ie BU8).

2.       Your day and evening phone numbers, plus any alternate emails you prefer to use.

3.       Your practice time and place preferences (needs).  At least two choices, i.e. 1st choice, Tues/Thurs Hollywood Hill 5:30 - 6:30, 2nd choice Mon/Wed  Wellington 5:30 - 6:30.  You should also include a second time frame that could potentially work for you, such as Tues/Thurs Sorenson you could also make do with 4:30 - 5:30. Look at current schedule page under your club for the list of available fields.

4.       We also try to place teams of like-age next to each other for scrimmaging.  Please let me know if there is a specific team you are interested in being close to.

5.       The priority of your preferences (grass most important, location most important, etc)

6.       If you are coaching two teams, (God Bless You)  be sure to let us know if you desire to have those practices back to back and we will try to work with you.

Please email your scheduler by August 1st.

We will try to make as many first choices as possible for at least one practice slot.  Your second slot very likely will be your second choice.  You will be contacted via phone and/or email with questions and your assignment.
